Angelis Blade is a independent designer, every piece is custom, made to order. For this reason I do not accept refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Policy

At Angelis Blade, I am committed to ensuring that your handcrafted pieces arrive safely and promptly. Here are the details of my shipping policy:

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Lingerie:

• International Orders: Shipped via DHL, with a delivery time of 3 working days.

• European Orders: Shipped via DHL, with a delivery time of 3 working days.

Jewellery:

• International Orders: Shipped via either DHL (3 working days) or Royal Mail (2-4 weeks).

• European Orders: Shipped via either DHL (3 working days) or Royal Mail (up to 2 weeks).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Tracking and Insurance

Every Angelis Blade piece is shipped by me, with tracking and insurance. If a parcel is lost, we will track it. In the event that the parcel is declared lost by the postage company, I will replace your item, as it will be insured.

Customs and Import Duties

All international customers are responsible for any custom taxes or duties incurred on delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information about import taxes applicable in your country.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 weeks before being shipped, unless the item is a pre order at 6 weeks. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
